Currently, I lead a team of remote designers that work on a variety of desktop products and web applications including the company’s highest profile applications / platforms. Day to day, I work on projects including desktop apps, web apps and website design as well as provide guidance, motivation and mentor-ship and set goals for my team as we create and present design deliverables such as personas, scenarios, wireframes, workflow diagrams, usability lab reports and recommendations. Also, my team and I provide design reviews upon request and I occasionally help with visual design. As a leader, I also contribute to design templates and standards improvements
